At the core of Amaliel’s music stands songwriter and singer Poul Amaliel.
Early on in his career Poul toured the American continent and got his inspirations from the big wide open ‘Wild West’  and vast countryside and distilled it into a spacious and unexplored universe on the Danish and European music scene. The melodic universe is supported by the three versatile musical colleagues Morten Lyngsøe (Drums), Søren Lund (Bass) and Kevin Monie (Guitar) 
The Amaliel-songbook is best described as a mix of  American rock history and the dreamy northern elegance.
